For partners wishing to witness our manufacturing and packing processes first-hand, we gladly facilitate facility audits and visits upon the issuance of a verified Letter of Intent (LOI) and a prior appointment.

In the interest of global safety standards and organic authenticity, we can trace the exact origin and production timeline of any shipment and provide the necessary details to our buyers within 24 hours. Logistics & Operations

We primarily operate under FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) as per Incoterms 2020 standards. However, we are always open to discussing and customizing alternative shipping arrangements based on mutual convenience and your specific logistical requirements. This ensures a highly flexible and smooth process tailored to both parties.
To ensure frictionless customs clearance, our dedicated team processes and provides draft documents for your approval within 24 to 48 hours of vessel sailing. We strive for absolute accuracy in our operations; however, any demurrage or penalties arising from delayed buyer approvals, destination-port complexities, or external customs delays fall under the buyer's purview.

Commercials & Payment

To ensure you receive the most authentic, direct rates without unnecessary 'buffer margins,' our pricing is strictly aligned with real-time market data. To maintain this uncompromised accuracy, our official quotations remain valid for 24 hours from the time of issuance. This model empowers you to capitalize on the most competitive market value at the exact moment of your purchase.
We offer a secure, transparent, and mutually beneficial financial structure. For new partnerships, we typically operate on a hybrid model of a partial Advance TT (Telegraphic Transfer) combined with an Irrevocable LC (Letter of Credit) at Sight for the remaining balance. For established, high-volume partnerships, we fully support 100% Irrevocable LC at Sight. This ensures the highest level of financial security, swift workflow, and commitment for both parties.
